Two day passes are for individual use and can only be used by one person. If you wanted to each attend one day of the conference, you should purchase two individual day passes.
Membership passes are only available to those who are individual members of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, not organisational. Your membership number will be required at the time of booking and should begin with a number not a letter.
You have the option to pay online via our online payment gateway or you can select the option to raise an invoice which will be due for payment within 30 days of the issue date unless otherwise stated.
You can amend your booking online by using the links provided within your confirmation email. All final name changes must be submitted before midday on the 23 September. We are unable to accept any name changes after this point.

Everyone attending the event will have agreed to abide by the Chartered Institute of Fundraising Code of Behaviour for Training and Events. Further information on how we take your safety seriously, can be found here.
Sessions do not need to be pre-booked. As some sessions do get busy, if there is a particular session you are keen to attend, we advise you arrive at the session early to secure your seat.
